I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – GET A COACH!
The most successful business owners, entrepreneurs, athletes, musicians, performers ALL have coaches. There is no getting around it. If you want to be successful, if you want to get to the top of your game, you MUST have a coach.
I had a call with my friend and my coach, Mike Dillard yesterday and he laid it down hard. He took me through the ringer and gave me some assignments that I would never have given myself.
He asked straight forward, direct and brutal questions about how I am doing in my business, what am I doing on a day-to-day basis and tore the whole thing apart.
He then laid down four things that I need to complete before next week and told me I should have no problem completing them. He hit the tennis ball across the net to me to see what I would do with it.
Well, you know what? I’m gonna hit it back!
