Maybe youve faced a similar challenge? Have you ever worked with or mentored people on your team not just because YOU want them to succeed, but also because they have told you about THEIR goals and THEIR dreams. Even though youve spent time together, coming up with a specific plan something isnt clicking. You ask them if they have taken the ACTION that has been talked abouteven agreed upon. Then they give you some extravagant reason why they WERENT able to complete the task.

All that time spent coming up with a reason why NOT to do itit could have already been done. People get caught up on themselves (this is especially true in the world of network marketing or any home based business).

We are too busy getting in our own way to reach our goals. Your dreams and your goals are a reflection of your core values. These are the things we care most about or mean the most to us. Use these core values to guide you; then nothing can get in your way. As soon as you make change and shift your thinking it will be clear what action you MUST take. These are the actions that will allow you to live our dream lifestyle and be true to your core values.

Yes we want to help as many people as possible reach their dreams, but make sure youre not dragging a dead horse. This will only slow you down. Work with the people that WANT to work and show this through their actions. Jim Rohn says it bestDont take that class. Let it go, and move on.

Remember that the road to success will be frustrating and challenging at times, these experiences are what build your character. That character is what will set you apart as a leader and allow you to reach your success in network marketing and in life.
